Chapter 1 General Rule

Article 1 (Purpose)

     These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are intended to establish the terms and other necessary matters regarding

      the use of internet-related website services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by websites operated by Philadelphia Church 

     (hereinafter referred to as the “Church”).

 

 

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms)

     1. These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by posting and disclosing them in the Service Menu.

     2. The “Church” may change these Terms of Use if reasonable reasons arise, and without delay.

     3. Users can always stop using the service if they do not agree to the changed terms and conditions. 

        Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the Terms shall be deemed to have been agreed to by the User 

        in the changes to the Terms.

 

 

Article 3 (Application of Terms)

    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to the use guide for individual services provided by the Church.

    2. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, 

        otherwise they shall be subject to general customs.

    3. Upon membership, the member’s personal information may be provided to the subscriber by the “Church” or used for statistical purposes.

 

Chapter 2 User’s Obligations

Article 4 (Definition of Term)

     1. The definitions of the terms used in these Terms are as follows:

        1) A user is a person who receives the services provided by the Site in accordance with the terms and conditions of the “Church”.

        2) Use Agreement refers to the contract entered into between the “Church” and the user in connection with the use of the service.  

        3) User number (ID) means a combination of letters and numbers selected by the user and given by the “Church” for the identification 

             of the user and the user’s use of the service.

        4) A password is a combination of letters and numbers selected by the user to confirm that the user is in line with the user’s user number

             granted and to protect the user’s rights and interests.

        5) Terminal refers to information and communication devices and devices installed by the user in order to use the services provided 

             by the “Church”.

     2. Terms not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.

 

 

Article 5 (Hold and Stop Service)

1. The Church may not accept applications for service use in each of the following subparagraphs:

  1) If you apply by a third name

  2) If it is found that the contents listed in the membership registration information are false

  3) If the user’s use is difficult to accept for reasons attributable to the user

2. The Church may not accept the application until the reasons for limiting the acceptance of the application are resolved if the application for use of the service falls under the following subparagraphs:

  1) When the “Church” cannot afford facilities

  2) If there is a technical disruption to the “Church”

  3) Other reasons attributable to the “Church” make it difficult to approve the use

3. The “Church” shall immediately notify the user if the application for use is disapproved or the consent is restricted under paragraph 2.

 

Article 6 (Granting and Changing User I D)

1. The “Church” shall provide users I D as stipulated in the terms and conditions of each service for users of the membership system service.

2. User I D may be changed at the request of the user or the “Church” if it falls under the following subparagraphs:

  1) User I D is registered as the user’s phone number or social security number, etc., and there is a risk of invasion of privacy.  

2) If you are disgusted with others or violate the morals of the wind

  3) If there are other reasonable reasons

3. The user cannot use user I D to a third party, and shall pay attention to user I D and password management.

 

 

 Article 7 (User’s Obligations)

    1. The user shall comply with the matters notified by the “Church”, such as related laws, provisions of these Terms and Conditions, 

        and instructions  for use, and shall not engage in any other acts that interfere with the “Church”.

    2. The user is responsible for all consequences arising from the user’s use of the Services of the Church.

    3. The user shall not perform any of the following acts in connection with the use of the service.

         1) Reproduction of information obtained from the Service for commercial purposes other than the use of users, use it for transmission,

              publication and distribution, broadcasting, etc. or provide it to third parties without prior approval from the “Church”.

         2) Acts that infringe all rights, such as copyright of the “Church”

         3) Continuously transmit obscene, vulgar, threatening content or advertising information contrary to the recipient’s intentions.

         4) Malfunction of information and communication devices and devices of the “Church” and any acts that cause confusion of destruction of 

             information

         5) Acts deemed to violate relevant laws or be associated with a crime

         6) Acts that damage the honor of the “Church” and third parties or interfere with their work

         7) Using someone else’s ID and password

         8) Collecting or storing other users’ personal information

         9) Acts that violate other relevant laws and conditions of use set by the “Church”

 

Chapter 3 Use of Services

Article 8 (Provision of Services)

    1. In principle, the Services provided to users by the Church are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    2. The “Church” can temporarily stop providing the Service if wartime, incidental, natural disasters happen, 

       or equivalent national emergencies happen, if the telecommunications provider under the Telecommunications Business Act stops

       telecommunications services, and if there are considerable operational reasons for the maintenance or replacement or

       failure of the information and communication devices and devices of the “Church”. In those cases, the “Church” will notify the user

       through the website.

 

 

Article 9 (Change of Service)

    1. The “Church” may change all or part of the services it provides, depending on operational and technical needs.

    2. If the “Church” wishes to change the service, the reason for the change of the service, the contents of the service to be changed, 

       and the time of change must be notified through the homepage in advance, except in unavoidable urgent cases.

 

 

Article 10 (No Appeals)

     You cannot file an appeal for any problems arising from your use of the services provided by the Church and complaints cannot be filed.

 

 

Article 11 (No Claim for Damages)

     You may not file a claim for damages with the “Church” and related organizations for any problems that occur when using the services

     provided by the “Church”, and the “Church” is not responsible for it.

 

 

Article 12 (Immunity)

    1. The “Church” shall be exempted from responsibility for providing the service if it is unable to provide the service due to natural disasters 

       or force majeure.

    2. The Church shall not be liable for any failure of the Service due to reasons attributable to the user.

    3. The “Church” shall not be liable for any loss of profits expected by the user using the Service, nor shall it be liable for any damages 

        caused by the data obtained through the Service.

    4. The “Church” shall be exempted from liability if the service is interrelated or between the user and a third party, 

        such as the transaction of goods.

     5. Details not set forth in this Article shall be exempt from the responsibility of the “Church” in accordance with the rules of 

         use of individual services.

 

 

Supplementary Provision 

1. (Effective Date) These Terms and Conditions will be effective from October 22, 2021.
